Terms of service

1, All work areas should cleared before arrival and safe access provided, there will be no liability for damage to furniture or other movable belongings left in the work area.

2, All wall fixtures(i.e. radiators) are to be removed prior to work start.

3, Electric and clean water is to be supplied by the customer with suitable access (normally a builders bucket for plastering or outdoor tap for a 25 ltr drum for woodworm treatments).

4, People, other trades or pets should not be in the work area while work is underway.  

5, It is the customers responsibility to secure any permissions before work starts i.e. neighbors etc.

6, Any change to the scope of work will be agreed in writing with the customer along with any extra costs.

7, Start time for the work will be between 8:30am to 9:00am unless prearranged. A delayed start will result in the work not commencing or an extra hourly rate charged for waiting.

8, Final Payment is expected with in 1 week of completion and staged payment will be arrange for larger projects .
