KDH Plastering & Property Care 

Plastering & Rendering Workmanship Guarantee

All plastering and rendering works are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects arising from faulty workmanship in the works carried out by us.

Exclusions: Structural movement, settlement, damp, leaks, condensation, ventilation-related issues, impact or accidental damage, normal hairline cracking, or defects caused by substrates not installed or specified by us.

Insurance-Backed Guarantees (where applicable) 

For qualifying works, an Insurance-Backed Guarantee (IBG) may be available. Where purchased, this is issued by an independent insurer and provides protection in the event that we cease trading. Insurer terms apply.

Damp Proofing & Damp Remedial Work Guarantee 

All damp proofing and damp remedial works are covered by a 5-year company-backed guarantee, commencing from the date of completion. This applies only to the specific system installed and associated remedial works detailed in your quotation.

Conditions & Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover condensation or lifestyle-related moisture, plumbing or roof defects, guttering or external maintenance issues, structural movement, changes to ground levels, pre-existing damp sources outside the agreed scope of works, or third-party alterations.

This is a company-backed guarantee and is not insurance-backed unless expressly stated in writing.

Insurance Cover

We hold Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance appropriate to the works undertaken. Insurance certificates are available on request.
